Footwear is one of the biggest users of PVC resin in Bangladesh. A sole has to stay soft in cold weather, hold its shape after months of wear, and come out of the mould clean every cycle. The resin behind the compound decides all three.

A soft sandal sole and an injection moulded shoe body are two different jobs on the factory floor. These are the SIAMVIC® grades we supply for footwear production.
Flexible · Suspension
SIAMVIC® 266GB
The main footwear grade. Made for flexible PVC, with shoe soles and sandals among its listed uses. Good strength and abrasion resistance, and it processes smoothly on extrusion, calendering and moulding lines.

K 66 · Suspension
SIAMVIC® 266RC
Listed by AGC Vinythai for injected shoes. Injection moulded footwear and soles that need reliable flow and steady output, with a K value of 66 and residual VCM of 1 ppm or less.

K 71 · Suspension
SIAMVIC® 271PA
A high K value grade for rigid and flexible compounds, with more molecular weight and more body. Tell us your formulation and we will confirm whether it suits your sole line.

At a glance
Which grade for which shoe
All three are suspension resins. A lower K value flows more easily and fills a mould faster; a higher K value carries more body and strength in the finished part. Your plasticiser and filler package does the rest.
The values shown are typical figures for grade selection, not specifications. Actual specifications come with the quality certificate issued for each shipment. Only the technical data sheet published on the official AGC Vinythai website is deemed valid. Safety data sheets are available on request.
