Rigid film is the least forgiving product in PVC. A gel, a fish eye or a shade shift cannot be hidden on transparent packaging or a printed card sheet — it becomes a reject. Premium film needs a resin that gels evenly, runs clear and behaves the same on every shift.
SIAMVIC® 258RB from AGC Vinythai PCL, Thailand is made for that work. A low K value of 57 means lower melt viscosity, easier flow and faster cycles — and a tight particle size distribution, with at least 95% passing 230 mesh, that gels cleanly on calendering lines.
