PVC resin for doors, windows and profiles.
A profile line is unforgiving. The resin decides how evenly the section gels, how square the corners weld and whether the finished frame keeps a clean white surface after years in the sun. That starts with the grade you feed the extruder.
Grade selection
Window frame, foam door or heavy section.
A hollow window profile, a foam board door panel and a thick rigid section are three different jobs. These are the SIAMVIC® grades we supply for profile production.
K 66 · Suspension
SIAMVIC® 266RC
The main profile grade. Rigid profile and window frames with a clean, smooth surface finish, plus stable gelation on extrusion lines. Also used for SPC flooring.

K 58 · Suspension
SIAMVIC® 258RB
The low K value grade, used for rigid foam as well as rigid sheet. Higher flow makes it suitable for foam board and moulded parts where filling matters more than body.

SIAMVIC® 271PA
The high K value grade. More molecular weight and more body for heavier rigid sections. Ask us to confirm it suits your line before you switch.

Which grade for which section
All three are suspension resins. The K value is what changes. A lower K value flows more easily and fills complex tooling; a higher K value carries more body and strength in a thick section.
The values shown are typical figures for grade selection, not specifications. Actual specifications come with the quality certificate issued for each shipment. Only the technical data sheet published on the official AGC Vinythai website is deemed valid. Safety data sheets are available on request.
