SIAMVIC® 367NK
SIAMVIC® 367NK is the foaming grade in AGC Vinythai's paste (emulsion) PVC range, made by microsuspension polymerization in Rayong, Thailand and supplied in Bangladesh by Dunhill Corporation Ltd. — the authorized local agent since 1998. It is formulated for one job above all: producing a fine, even, bright white foam layer in artificial leather, wall covering and floor covering.
Short answer: if your product has a foamed layer — cushioned rexine, foam-backed wall covering, cushion vinyl flooring — 367NK is the AGC Vinythai paste grade written for that job. Foam quality is decided by cell structure and colour, and this grade is built for both: it foams reliably across a wide range of formulations, and gives a fine cell structure with high whiteness, so printed and embossed surfaces come out clean and the colour stays true. It also releases cleanly from hot metal — no sticking on the drum or mould.

What SIAMVIC 367NK is used for
The manufacturer's data sheet lists a short, focused application set. This is a specialist foaming resin, not a general-purpose paste grade.
Artificial leather
Foam-backed rexine and cushioned coated fabric. The fine cell structure gives an even, soft feel and a surface that takes embossing cleanly.
Wall covering
Foamed vinyl wallpaper and wall panel. High whiteness in the foam layer keeps printed colours bright and true.
Floor covering
Cushion vinyl flooring, where an even foam layer decides both comfort underfoot and how well the print survives embossing.
Canvas
Coated canvas and fabric with a foamed layer for body, softness and cover.
Sealants
PVC plastisol sealants, listed separately on the data sheet from the coating applications.

- Excellent foamability across a wide range of formulations. The resin foams reliably even when your recipe changes — useful when you run several products on one line, or adjust blowing agent and filler between orders.

367NK or 372LD — which paste grade do you need?
Both are AGC Vinythai paste resins for spread coating, and many rexine producers buy both. The split is simple: 367NK makes the foam layer, 372LD makes the skin and the solid coats.

In practice, a cushioned rexine line uses 367NK for the foam coat and a general paste grade such as 372LD for the compact skin coat above it. What is 367NK used for?

Why does fine cell structure matter?
Small, even cells give a smoother surface, sharper embossing definition and a softer hand feel. Coarse or uneven cells show through the top coat and spoil both the print and the touch.
Why does whiteness matter in a foam layer?
The foam sits under the printed or coloured surface. A bright white foam base keeps colours clean and true; a greyer base dulls them and can force you to use more pigment.
What is the difference between 367NK and 372LD?
367NK is the foaming grade — K67, chosen for foamability, cell structure and whiteness. 372LD is the general paste grade — K72, chosen for low viscosity and viscosity stability, and it also covers moulding and dipping. A cushioned rexine line often uses 367NK for the foam coat and 372LD for the skin coat.
Can I use 367NK for dipping or moulding?
Those applications are not listed on this grade's data sheet. For dipped goods such as tool handles, or moulded articles such as toys and traffic cones, use 372LD instead.
