- Check Your Market RulesAGC Vinythai state that some applications of SIAMVIC® PVC resin may be regulated or restricted by national or international standards. Toy safety limits — including phthalate and heavy metal restrictions under EN 71 and similar rules — apply to your finished article and your compound formulation, not to the base resin alone.
