Paste resin for dip moulding.
Dipping is a patient process. The former goes into the plastisol, comes out with an even coat, and goes to the oven. If the paste viscosity drifts between batches, the wall thickness drifts with it and the whole run has to be checked by hand.

Grade selection
Dip, spray or thin the paste.
AGC Vinythai lists dipping directly as a processing method for 372LD. These are the SIAMVIC® paste grades we supply for dip moulding and related coating work.
Micro-suspension · Paste
SIAMVIC® 372LD
The dipping grade. Low viscosity with outstanding viscosity stability, and it does not stick to the hot mould or drum. Processed by dipping, moulding and spread coating.

Emulsion · Paste
SIAMVIC® 370HD
The spray and dotted glove grade. Pseudoplastic flow with low fogging, made for spread coating and spraying. Also used for plastisol ink and sealants.

Emulsion · Blending resin
SIAMVIC® 167GZ
The viscosity helper. Blended into plastisol it reduces dilatancy and paste viscosity, so you can cut back on diluent, and it speeds up fusion and lifts melt strength.

Which paste for which line
Paste resins are mixed with plasticiser into a plastisol, then dipped, sprayed or spread. What matters is how the viscosity behaves under shear, how cleanly the part releases from the former, and how stable the paste stays between batches.
The information shown is for grade selection, not specifications. Actual specifications come with the quality certificate issued for each shipment. Some applications of SIAMVIC® PVC resin may be regulated by national or international standards — medical devices among them — so you must determine the suitability of any grade for your product and market. Only the technical data sheet published on the official AGC Vinythai website is deemed valid. Safety data sheets are available on request.
| Grade | Made by | Processing | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|
| SIAMVIC® 372LD | Micro-suspension | Dipping, moulding, spread coating | Tool handles, toys, traffic cones, crown cork seals, glass bottle coating |
| SIAMVIC® 370HD | Emulsion | Spread coating, spraying | Dotted gloves, plastisol ink, sealants, underbody coating |
| SIAMVIC® 167GZ | Emulsion | Blended into plastisol | Lower paste viscosity, faster fusion, matte finish |

Working with us
Why dipping plants buy through Dunhill.
Genuine material
Direct from AGC Vinythai, Thailand, with a factory quality certificate on every shipment — not repacked or blended stock.
Stable paste viscosity
The paste behaves the same from one drum to the next, so wall thickness stays even and you are not re-adjusting the bath every batch.
Clean release
These grades are made not to stick on the hot former or drum, which keeps cycle times steady and reduces rejects.
Formulation support
TDS, COA and guidance on plasticiser level, viscosity and fusion so your dip line runs the way you want it to.
Full import handling
LC and UPAS LC documentation, shipping papers, port follow-up and delivery coordination.
Nationwide reach
We supply dipping and coating plants in Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, Bogura, Gazipur and across all of Bangladesh.
